- When a customer contacts us and explains the profile they need, whether it’s a reliable domestic employee or a specific candidate for their company, we take note of their requirement and send them an email with the description of what they need and their budget.
- Once the family/company is satisfied and gives us the go-ahead, the payment for booking our services, which is 10% of the total budget, will be made, and this amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
- Once the reservation is made, we begin our candidate selection and recruitment process. We will start receiving candidates from whom we will choose those who meet the required qualifications.
- Reliable and qualified workers will be selected to be presented. If our client approves, the candidate will start working on the agreed-upon day.
- Our fees will be paid on the day the employee joins their position.

With the payment of our fees, a replacement service of up to 6 months is included. We understand that integrating a new member into your home or business is crucial for success. If, at any time within the first 6 months after the candidate starts their employment, you are not satisfied with their performance or if there is any other justified reason for a replacement, we offer the possibility to present up to 2 additional candidates, besides the one presented, at no additional cost.
